Founding Moment

2002

Established as Anhui Donghai Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (later known as Donghai Machine Tool First Factory) with an initial investment of ¥3 million, the company surpassed ¥5.8 million in sales in its inaugural year, laying a solid foundation for industry leadership.

Strategic Expansion

2008

In a pivotal strategic move, we acquired Nanjing Forging Machine Tool Factory to create Donghai Machine Tool Second Factory. This expansion propelled annual sales beyond ¥100 million, positioning us among China’s leading industrial equipment manufacturers.

2015

Transitioned from a family-owned business to a joint-stock company, receiving investment from Beijing Phoenix City Group. We adopted modern corporate governance and established new technological alliances.

2016

Launched the Yuxiang Intelligent Equipment Project, investing in a new facility focused on high-end CNC machine tools, advancing smart manufacturing in China’s sheet metal industry.

Phase I Breakthrough

2018

Completed the Donghai Yuxiang Phase I Project, establishing advanced CNC machine tool production lines that enhanced our global competitiveness through sophisticated automation and digital technologies.

Innovation Ecosystem

2020

The Beijing Zhongguancun Bolton Research Institute gained national recognition following official approval. It has founded multiple R&D centers, secured 87 patents (including 26 invention patents), and led the formulation of three industry standards.

Worldwide Brand Enhancement

2021

Formed Donghai Yuxiang Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary. Achieved annual sales of ¥550 million and contributed ¥30 million in taxes, further cementing ADH’s status as one of China’s top industrial brands.

Phase II Revolution

2022

Launched the Phase II Project, investing ¥150 million to further boost smart manufacturing capabilities and meet the increasing global demand for automated metal processing systems.
